Consultation
During the consultation, the doctor will discuss your cosmetic wishes and related treatment techniques with you and advise you on the best way to achieve an effective and natural result. You will receive information about the expected effect, possible side effects and risks, and the cost. The doctor will draw up your individual treatment plan and you will sign the informed consent with detailed information about the treatment.
Treatment
To make treatment with Belotero Revive as comfortable as possible, as a first step the doctor will numb the area to be treated with a numbing cream. A grid of injection sites is then marked on the face. Belotero Revive is then injected into the skin with a thin needle. A treatment usually takes 30 minutes and may involve mild discomfort or pain.
After the treatment
After treatment with Belotero Revive, it is especially important not to touch or clean the treated area for the first 24 hours and not to wear make-up. Immediately after treatment, you can resume most daily activities (excluding sports, sauna and facial treatments). Our aftercare brochure describes all aftercare instructions.
Side effects
The side effects of Belotero Revive are usually mild and temporary in nature. The skin may be somewhat red and swollen after treatment. In some cases, a bruise may appear or some temporary bumps may be visible. These and other possible side effects are discussed during the consultation.
