I have been a 'headache sufferer' for as long as I can remember, after puberty mostly hormonal and triggered by tension. I keep a headache diary so I can clearly see when the headache increases again and when it decreases again, there is a clear link between this, just after a botox treatment and after +- 3 months. I feel relief and relaxation in my muscles after treatment after only 2-6 days. It is definitely worth a try, you don't know beforehand whether it will work and you will also have to find a balance in quantities and zones with the doctor. But if it does work as it did for me, it is a great gift to yourself.
