Discover Vivace
Vivace RF microneedling is a advanced technology combining traditional microneedling with radiofrequency energy (RF).
During the treatment, fine needles are used to create micro-holes in the skin while simultaneously delivering RF energy to the deeper skin layers. This stimulates the production of collagen and elastin which ensures for effective skin rejuvenation and improvement of skin texture.
Vivace RF microneedling is suitable for all skin types and is used for various indications, such as (acne) scars, superficial pigmentation, fine lines and skin sagging.
The clever combination of techniques ensures more in-depth effect and more visible results than traditional microneedling. Vivace treatment is safe (FDA approval) and has a short recovery time.
- Suitable for all skin types
- Suitable for many indications
- Short downtime
- Safe
- Visible result
More about Vivace
What is Vivace?
Collagen is an important component of skin structure and decreases with age or due to skin damage such as acne. Vivace is a medical device that combines microneedling with radiofrequency energy (RF) and is specially designed to stimulate the production of collagen and elastin in the skin. The Vivace's combined techniques result in firmer, smoother skin with fewer wrinkles, scars and other blemishes.
How does Vivace work
Microneedling uses fine needles to create tiny microchannels in the skin, which activates the natural repair process and stimulates the production of collagen and elastin. These proteins are essential building blocks for firm and resilient skin.
At the same time, the radio frequency heats the deeper layers of skin in a controlled way, contracting existing collagen and activating fibroblasts for additional collagen production.
As additional support, LED light therapy is used. Red LED light stimulates circulation and speeds up the recovery process. It promotes skin renewal and firming. Blue LED light has antibacterial and calming effects, ideal for acne-prone skins.
Where does Vivace work?
Vivace is suitable for various indications and is applied to the face, neck, cleavage and sometimes other parts of the body. Needle depth and settings are adjusted for each indication.
- Fine lines and wrinkles
- Sun damage
- Skin aging
- Acne (scars)
- Coarse pores
- Striae
Vivace treatment
Consultation
During the consultation, the doctor or skin therapist will go through your wishes and corresponding treatment techniques with you in detail and advise you on the best way to achieve an effective and natural result. You will also receive information on the realistic result to be expected, possible side effects and costs.
Treatment
In the Vivace treatment, the skin is first cleansed and settings are tailored to your skin type, location and indication. Then, using the Vivace treatment head, small holes are made in the skin in combination radiofrequency. The treatment may cause a slight tingling or warm sensation. The treatment is generally well tolerated but a numbing cream may be applied to make the treatment more comfortable. Afterwards, the skin may feel red, swollen and warm.
After the treatment
After a Vivace treatment, your skin is extra vulnerable. For an optimal result of the treatment, it is important to carefully follow the living rules in the aftercare leaflet. In addition, do not exercise and/or go to the sauna for 72 hours. Apply a SPF50 sunscreen consistently for 4 weeks to prevent pigmentation. Also, do not undergo any other facial treatments during this period. After 4 to 8 weeks, we would like to see you back at the clinic for a check-up or repeat treatment.
Side effects
After Vivace treatment, mild side effects such as mild swelling, redness, lattice formation, a tightness or tingling sensation and warm or slightly irritated skin may occur. These reactions are normal and usually disappear within 1 to 3 days.
Small bruises or superficial crusting may also appear. These are harmless, but may remain visible for a little longer. It is important not to pull or pick at these skins or crusts, so as not to disrupt the natural repair process and to avoid pigment shifts or scarring.
Result
The final effect of a Vivace treatment is not immediately visible, but develops gradually. For optimal results, a course of 3 to 5 treatments is usually advised, with an interval of 4 to 8 weeks. The production of connective tissue is a slow process that takes place in the second layer of skin. The process of skin improvement through Vivace can take from a few weeks to a 1 year.

What results can I expect from a Vivace treatment?
Vivace provides smoother, firmer and more even skin. It reduces fine lines, (acne) scars, coarse pores, sagging skin and stretch marks.

The final result also depends on factors such as genetics, lifestyle, skin condition and environmental influences.

Vivace is a safe treatment performed with an FDA-certified medical device.
Side effects are usually mild and temporary, such as mild redness or swelling, which disappear within a few days.
